2 children removed from McGrew home after recent dog bite

BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) --{}The Department of Social Services confirmed agents removed two children from the home of Quintin and Chantel McGrew after a second dog bit incident.{}

Earlier this week, Berkeley County Sheriff's deputies were investigating a report of the McGrew's 3-year-old boy being bitten by a dog.{}A family member said the boy was sleeping when he fell off the bed onto the dog and the dog bit him because it was startled.{}No charges have been filed in the case.{}The McGrew's 2-month-old baby was killed last May after he was mauled by another family dog. Quintin McGrew is awaiting trial on an unlawful neglect of a child charge in that case.{}
