2 die in Orangeburg County crash, 1 charged with DUI
ORANGEBURG, S.C. (WCIV) -- A man was charged 2with two counts of felony DUI in a crash in Orangeburg COunty that killed two people on Monday evening.
According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, Sean Aston, of Columbia, was charged in the crash that killed two people. He was driving a car without a license, officials said.
The accident happened on Highway 21 near Wire Road around 7 p.m., Troopers report. A female passenger in Aston's car was not injured.
Troopers say Aston's car crossed the center line and hit two people on motorcycles. Both died.
The coroner's office has not released the identities of the victims.
