3rd man arrested in West Ashley burglary

      WEST ASHLEY, S.C. (WCIV) -- A third man was arrested Tuesday in connection to a July 30 burglary at a West Ashley home.

      According to Charleston police, 19-year-old Harold Edward Williams II, of North Charleston, was charged with second-degree burglary and grand larceny.

      Police have already taken two other suspects in the case: 19-year-old Phillip Daniel Jewell II and 18-year-old Ahshaad Owens, of Hanahan.

      Jewell and Owens' charges are the same as Williams'.

      All three men were being held in the Al Cannon Detention Center, police said. {}

      Police said someone kicked in a Madagascar Court home's door and stole a laptop, an iPad, two digital cameras and assorted jewelry.

      Police are still investigating the incident, officials said.
