      40 graduating from Charleston School of Law

      CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) - An official with the Obama Administration who once taught at the Charleston School of Law is delivering the commencement address at the school's fall commencement.

      John L.S. Simpkins is addressing about 40 graduates during the commencement exercises in Charleston on Sunday.

      Simpkins is a former Charleston School of Law assistant professor and is now deputy general counsel of the White House Office of Management and Budget.

      Simpkins joined the administration earlier this year after eight years at the law school.
