48 bottles of wine being sunk in Charleston Harbor -- for taste

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) - Fine wines are being perfectly aged on the floor of the ocean. It's a new aging technique by the Napa Valley Winery. This week the winery will submerge 48 bottles of its 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon in the harbor for the next three months. It's part of an experimental new technique called ocean aging.
