CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) - Fine wines are being perfectly aged on the floor of the ocean. It's a new aging technique by the Napa Valley Winery. This week the winery will submerge 48 bottles of its 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon in the harbor for the next three months. It's part of an experimental new technique called ocean aging. The cutting edge technique helps experts gauge the effects of the ocean on flavor.
