Dating in the Lowcountry can be quite a chore, but this weekend the Charleston Jaycees are doing the dirty work for you and sweeping Charleston's most eligible bachelors and bachelorettes into one corner.

Grab your checkbook and head to the Music Farm Saturday at 7 p.m. for the 4th Annual Bachelor Bid Bash and Silent Auction. Each bachelor/ette comes with an exclusive date package and will be auctioned off to the most generous bidder.

Prefer a more reserved approach to the dating scene? The silent auction includes local getaways, wine tastings, restaurant packages and cooking lessons.

Following the Bid Bash, the evening continues with an official after party at Market Street Saloon.

Tickets include food and an open bar and can be purchased through eTix. The night benefits Jaycee Camp Hope, a South Carolina camp for the mentally handicapped.
