GOOSE CREEK, S.C. (WCIV) -- Berkeley County Sheriff's deputies responded to Trident Hospital after reports came in of a shooting between Club Pluto and the Exxon gas station on Red Bank Road.
Deputies said a silver Ford Expedition was parked outside the hospital with what looked like two bullet holes in the hatch gate and rear quarter panel.
According to the incident report, witnesses said they were at a "teen party" at Club Pluto when an unknown black male kept "mean mugging" and "throwing up gang signs" at them. They also said he made hand gestures as if he were shooting a gun at them.
A second suspect, known only as "Baz," is described as a heavy-set black man with dreads. He reportedly walked up to one of the victims and punched him in the stomach. Both parties were asked to leave the club.
That's when the victims said a Black Impala pulled up behind them as they were leaving and gunshots were heard.
One victim was shot in the right hip and they went to Trident for treatment. Another victim told deputies "Baz" hit him in the head with a brick.
If anyone knows anything about this or any other crime, they are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 554-1111.
