LADSON, S.C. (WCIV) -- Bond was set at $250,000 for former Ladson pastor Dale Richardson, according to his attorney.

The bond also has the conditions of GPS monitoring, house arrest, a no exception curfew from sunset to sunrise, and no contact with any of the alleged victims. Richardson must also live with his wife at their home in Summerville and can only leave to go to visit his lawyer, go to church, for medical reason, or go to work.

Charleston attorney Andy Savage, is representing the former pastor of the Freedom Free Will Baptist Church in Ladson.

Richardson is accused of the July 25 rape and kidnapping of a 20-year-old woman in Charleston County as well as several other rapes and kidnappings throughout Dorchester and Charleston counties.

He is charged with several counts of kidnapping and sexual assault. Investigators say the kidnappings and rapes took place as early as January 2010 and continued until{}an arrest was made in late-July 2011.

One of the rapes allegedly happened behind the very church where he was acting as pastor.

A representative from the Savage Law Firm said Richardson has not posted bond and "likely won't be able to for the foreseeable future."{}
