CCSO: Deputies search for woman who robbed Walgreens store

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- The Charleston County Sheriff's Office is searching for a suspect who reportedly stole pills from a Walgreens store on Friday, deputies said.Deputies said a female entered the store at 3621 Savannah Highway and handed a worker a note demanding oxycodone.The female left with an unknown amount of pills, deputies said. A K-9 tracked her to the back of the store and Old Charleston Road where deputies said a car may have been waiting.Deputies said the female was wearing a long sleeve shirt, black pants, flip flops, sunglasses, a black baseball-type cap and blue surgical gloves.If you have any information about the identity or whereabouts of the female, you're asked to call Crimestoppers at 554-1111.
