      Chef Kim's recipes: Sweet potato and pear casserole

      CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- This week Chef Kim puts together a delicious and healthy casserole that's perfect for the holidays.

      3 Sweet Potatoes

      4oz Buttersoftened

      1/2{} tsp Ginger

      1/2 tsp Cinnamon

      1oz Honey

      8oz Cream Cheese

      2 Pears diced

      4oz Orange Juice

      6oz Pecans orWalnuts chopped

      Bake SweetPotatoes until tender. Dice Pears and place in the Orange Juice.

      Beat the CreamCheese until smooth. Add the Butter, Ginger, Cinnamon, Honey.

      Peel and add thebaked Sweet Potatoes.

      Fold in the Pears& juice.

      Place in abuttered casserole dish and top with chopped Pecans or Walnuts. Bake 350F for15 min or until warmed throughout reaching 145F
