Colbert Busch takes campaign bus tour of district

CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP/WCIV) - Elizabeth Colbert Busch is making a bus tour in the final days of the heated 1st District congressional race.

The "Elizabeth Means Business" tour begins Friday in Beaufort. During the next four days the Democratic candidate plans to visit at least six towns and make at least 16 stops in the district on the state's south coast.

Colbert Busch says she wants to talk to voters about jobs, getting the nation's fiscal house in order and having a representative they trust. She faces Republican Mark Sanford and Green Party candidate Eugene Platt in Tuesday's special election.
