CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- The Color Me Rad 5k race cruised through Charleston Saturday.
The three mile run raised money for Happy Wheels of Charleston. Happy Wheels donates toys to MUSC's children's hospital.
During the race, Happy Wheels volunteers blasted runners with a spray of colors. The rainbow residue was made from corn starch.
Color Me Rad runs have become wildly popular across the country. They're currently planned in nearly 100 cities nationwide.
