CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- Charleston Police have charged a 28-year-old woman after they say they caught her with a stolen bike and credit card.
Melissa Ann Knors is charged withproperty crime enhancement and financial transaction card theft.
Police say on September 10 around 2 p.m., officersresponded to a Fairway Driveresidence after the homeowner saw a woman enter her open garageand take a bicycle.
Two days later, police were called to a Jamestown Roadresidence about a car break-in. They say someone had entered the victim's car andremoved $200 and a credit card from a wallet.
On the afternoon of October 2, officers executed asearch warrant at Knor's Theresa Drive apartment and found the bicycle that wastaken from the Fairway Drivegarage. They also had evidence thatKnor had used the stolen credit card at a convenience store.
