CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- Police were called to Burke Middle School after an alarm went off, and the kids responsible for the shenanigans were caught on security cameras.

It happened around 4 o'clock the morning of June 17. According to a police report, officers found an open window on the Sumter Street side of the school.

The fire department was called in when officers thought they smelled smoke, but it turned out to just be a discharged fire extinguisher.

The report states that officers found the extinguisher along with a "Mad Dog 20/20 alcoholic beverage." Police say no other damage was found and nothing appeared to be missing.

Still photos from video footage released by CPD show two white males running through the halls of the school.

The first suspect is described as having dark hair with a tattoo on his right wrist. He's wearing a gray t-shirt saying "It's Just Money" across the chest. He's also wearing cut-off jean shorts.

The second suspect is described as having chin-length hair, and he is seen wearing a white t-shirt, black skinny jeans and a blue "Florida" hoodie.

If you have any information as to the identity of the two juveniles, you are asked to call investigator Brown at 843-720-2538.
