      CPD: Man wakes up to find burglar in his pants

      CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- Charleston police arrested a man early Monday morning after the victim says he woke up to a burglar going through his pants.

      According to police, the victim was asleep on the couch when he was woken up around 3:30 a.m. by a man standing in front of him holding a pair of pants, which had the victim's wallet inside.

      The suspect, identified as 53-year-old Kevin Frazier, dropped the victim's pants and ran out of the King Street apartment while the victim called 911 and chased after him.

      Police said the suspect was arrested on Coming Street near the Crosstown.{} Frazier is charged with burglary in the first degree.
