CPD: Victims track stolen iPhones, point police to burglary suspect

      CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- Charleston police say they arrested an Arcadian Park man Saturday morning{} after he burglarized a downtown Radcliffe Street apartment. Timothy Andrew Patrick, 23, is charged with burglary first degree, simple possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance. Police said Patrick was already on probation for burglary in the second degree. {}According to CPD, the victims woke up and noticed that someone had stolen several things, including two iPhones. The victims told police that they were able to track the phones to the area of King and Market streets where they saw the suspect carrying one of their stolen book bags.{}{} {}The victims immediately called the police and Patrick was taken into custody. Police report Patrick was had the stolen items from the apartment, along with three grams of marijuana and two grams of a controlled substance.
