DCSO respond to reports of shots fired into home

SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (WCIV) -- Dorchester County Sheriff's deputies are investigating reports of shots fired at a Summerville home.

According to a spokesperson with the DCSO, investigators were called out to a home on Crestwood Drive.

He said a home was found with bullet holes and nine bullet casings were found on the ground but they have no information that tells them from where the shots were fired.

According to a police report, $900 worth of damage was done to the home and a vehicle.

Investigators said there are no injuries reported and no witnesses.
