Deputies make arrest in Feb. 10 shooting on James Island

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) - A man wanted for attempted murder in connection to a James Island assault and shooting was arrested on Wednesday, deputies said.

According to the Charleston County Sheriff's Office, Tim Wright was involved in a Feb. 10 shooting and assault. Deputies said the victim identified the shooter as Wright.

On Wednesday, members of the U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Task Force found and arrested Wright.

He is currently being held at the Al Cannon Detention Center. He had a bond court hearing at 7 p.m. Thursday.
