CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV)-- The social network says it's adding tools to help victims of harassment and bullying more easily report the problems.According to CNN, teen users have more options when classifying unwanted posts from others. They will be able to click "This is a problem" if they get a mean or threatening post. This will replace the "Report this post" link.CNN reports that Facebook teamed up with Ivy League institutions including Yale and Berkeley to create the new tool aimed at 13 and 14-year-olds. Clicking the new option will take you through a survey to determine how serious the problem is. SUggestions for solutions follow including sending a pre-written message to the aggressor or getting help from a friend or adult. For the worst cases, users will be directed to Facebook's suicide chat hotline or other professional help.CNN says the tool is only in the test phase for now but will be available nationwide later in the week.
