FCC names MUSC Children's Hospital official charity

DANIELISLAND, S.C. (FCC) - The Family Circle Cup has named MUSC Children's Hospital itsofficial charity partner for the 2014 tournament, taking place March 29 - April6 on Daniel Island.

With a goalto donate more than $50,000, the Family Circle Cup is asking its patrons tojoin in and help "put your money where the miracles are" to support thisworthwhile organization.

"Ourtournament has committed to help MUSC Children's Hospital create better livesfor children through donating funds for top-notch facilities, technology, careand research," said Bob Moran, Tournament Director and General Manager.

Attendees candonate on-site to the MUSC Children's Hospital during the tournament. Onephilanthropic patron will win a trip to the 2014 U.S. Open.

The winnerwill receive a two-night stay in a Manhattan hotel, round-trip airline ticketsfrom anywhere in the continental United States, two-box seats for Friday,August 29 evening session at the US Open, two-box seats for Saturday, August 30day session at the US Open, $200 in US Open event cards and two groundtransfers from airport to hotel for arrival and hotel to airport for departure.
