First Summer Saturday at Charleston plantation
CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) - Magnolia Plantation and Gardens outside of Charleston is holding the first of its Summer Saturday programs.
The first program being held Saturday is a backyard explorer program.
Children and their parents can take a guided nature walk and see wildlife that they might see in their own backyards. There will also be craft activities and a chance to see the two alligators at the Magnolia Nature Center.
Summer Saturday programs continue at Magnolia each Saturday through July 19.Copyright 2014 The Associated Press. All rights reserved. This material may not be published, broadcast, rewritten or redistributed.
