CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- Murder has been added to the list of charges surrounding the death of 25-year-old Marquis Rashad Richardson.

22 -year-old King Dominique Wilson of North Charleston, 23-year-old Latasha Yvette McCall, 29-year-old Fredrick Andre Sanders and Travaris D. Walker, 29, from Charleston, were previously only charged with kidnapping.

In a press conference Wednesday morning, it was announced that Travaris Walker is now charged with murder and possession of a firearm during a violent crime.

Wilson, Sanders and McCall have all been charged with accessory before and after the fact.

Officials say Richardson was abducted at gunpoint from 69 Norman Street and was forced into a vehicle. His body was found at a private railroad crossing off Lincolnville Road on December 19th.

Charleston County Magistrate Judge Linda Lombard denied bond on all four suspects on charges related to murder.

During the bond hearing, as his three associates shook their heads and took deep breaths of frustration, Tavaris Walker informed them, "All that s--- has to process. This the s--- you have to go through."

He was quickly corrected by Judge Lombard, who reminded him there was no speaking or talking allowed during the bond hearing.
