      James Island's football coach leaving position

      JAMES ISLAND, S.C. (WCIV) -- The man who has led the charge for James Island High School football will not return for a third season.

      Randy Hilyer confirmed Tuesday night that he was resigning his position, but planned to stay on at the school as a teacher.

      Hilyer, the long-time assistant turned head coach, said he had decided to go in another direction.
