Katie's Crouch's 'White Glove War'


CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) - Author Katie Crouch was born and raised in Charleston. Appearing on Lowcountry Live, Crouch showcased her fourth novel, "The White Glove War." The book is a follow-up to her "Magnolia League" and the second in her young adult series.

When 16-year-old Alexandria Lee's mother dies in a tragic accident, she is forced to leave the West Coast home and move in with a wealthy grandmother in Savannah. Her grandmother is a member of the Magnolia League which is Savannah's long-standing debutante society. Alex questions the Magnolia League's intentions, yet becomes entangled in the society's world.

Crouch is also the author of the{}New York Times{}bestselling novel "Girls in Trucks," "Men and Dogs" and "The Magnolia League."

She lives in San Francisco with her family.
