Mount Pleasant selling old fire station property

MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCIV) -- The Town of Mount Pleasant is accepting bids for a roughly half-acre property on Johnnie Dodds Boulevard that used to be a fire station.

According to a release from the town, the 6,000-square-foot building sits on a 0.4-acre plot. Bids will be accepted until 3 p.m. July 9.

Bids may be mailed or hand delivered to 100 Ann Edwards Lane, Mount Pleasant, South Carolina 29464 to the attention of the Purchasing Services Officer. The sealed bid must reference "IFB # 1213-053-RG."
