NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- A North Charleston police officer was involved in a three-car wreck on Ashley Phosphate Road Friday, said officials with the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
Officials said the officer was not at fault and was in the middle of the other two cars.
Officials said a car behind the police cruiser tapped the officer from behind and the officer ran into the car in front of him.
Officials said no one was hurt.
The driver of the vehicle in the back of the wreck was cited, officials said.
