Neighbors say burned home was vacant

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- Fire crews responded to a home on Dillway Street off Highway 61 Tuesday morning.The call came in around 3:30 a.m. St. Andrews Fire and Charleston Fire departments responded.Neighbors said the home, which was heavily damaged by the fire, has been vacant.Officials have not yet said what started the fire or if anyone was inside.We will update this story as more information becomes available.
