No charges filed after stabbing
MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCIV) -- No charges were filed after a stabbing that happened near Highway 41 and US 17 on Thursday.
Officers with the Mount Pleasant Police Department said two people got into an argument while both of their cars were stopped in traffic on Highway 41. Police said one person was assaulted and the other was stabbed in the upper arm.
The person that was stabbed was treated at a local hospital, but the injuries were not life threatening.
Officers said neither party wanted to press charges.
