One shot during armed robbery in Andrews

ANDREWS, S.C. (WCIV) -- One person was shot during an armed robbery at a grocery store Saturday, said officials with the Andrews Police Department.

Officers responded to Rositas Mexican Grocery on East Main Street at about 7 p.m., according to a police report.

A store worker told the officers several black males wearing masks came into the store, pointed a gun and demanded money, the report states.

According to the report, the men shot the store's owner in the lower abdomen and ran off with about $200.
