      Pedestrian struck and killed in North Charleston

      NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV)--The South Carolina Highway patrol is investigating a deadly Black Friday Collision.

      Dorchester County Cororner Chris Nisbet says 33-year-old Vincent T. Kemp was struck and killed crossing Ashley Phosphate Road near Old Hertz Road just after midnight.{}

      Because there were no witnesses of the accident, an autopsy will be completed Friday to assure Kemp died from the collision.
