Police need help finding attempted armed robbery suspect

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) - Police say they are looking for a man believed to be involved in a series of attempted armed robberies.

North Charleston police say the man in these pictures walked into the CVS on Ashley Phosphate Road with a gun Saturday morning at 4 a.m.

The pharmacist was able to hear the commotion at the front of the store and call 911, according to police. They say the robber then ran out the door without taking anything.

Police believe the man is the same suspect that robbed a CVS in West Ashley an hour earlier.
