Police: Suspect uses stolen credit cards to buy gift cards

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- Charleston police have released photos of a man they say used stolen credit cards to buy pre-paid Visa debit cards.

Police say the fraudulent purchases were made at two CVS stores on George Street and King Street.

The suspect is described as a heavy-set black man wearing a black hat with a red brim and{} a red design on the left side.
