      Police: Officers walk in to a burglary in progress

      CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- Charleston police have arrested a Mount Pleasantman for breaking in to a Daniel Island convenience store.

      According to police officials, officers were on patrol around 1 a.m. Wednesday when they heard alarms going off at the Kangaroo on Island Park Drive.

      Officers report they found the front door had been pried open and found the suspect walking up to the cash register.

      The suspect, 26-year-old Grayson Carr Worley is charged with burglary in the second degree.
