Red Cross helps four families in four different fires

CHARLESTON,S.C. (WCIV) - The Red Cross helped four families displaced by fires in fourdifferent locations on Tuesday.

According to the Red Cross, agency volunteers helped twoLadson families, a North Charleston family and aGoose Creekfamily after their homes were destroyed by fire.

The Red Cross said they have seen a spike in the number offires since Nov. 1. According to the agency, volunteers have helped 108 peoplesince the start of the month.

The Red Cross also assisted families displaced by theapartment fire in North Charlestonon Monday evening.
