Registration deadline for SC primaries is May 10

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) - South Carolina's primary elections are still a month away, but anyone who wants to vote in them needs to get registered now.

Saturday is the deadline to register to vote in order to participate in the June 10 primaries.

Anyone who has moved or changed their name recently also needs to make sure to update that information with the State Election Commission.

Updates can be made online at , at a county voting office, by email, fax or mail.
