Report: Man assaulted, groped ex while she slept

      {}JOHNS ISLAND, S.C. (WCIV) -- Charleston police are looking for a man they say physically assaulted the mother of his children while she slept.

      According to a police report and affidavit, Adan Pascual-Labra has been charged with second-degree assault and battery. The affidavit shows the mother of his children woke to find him in her bed, kissing and touching her. She told police she tried to push him off, but fell back asleep.

      When she woke up, the report states, she found bruises on her body and that her pants had been removed. She told police they did not live together even though they have three children together.

      Police have not found Pascual-Labra. He is described as being 5-feet, 5-inches tall and weighing 140 pounds. He has long black hair.
