Report: Woman steals $400 worth of items from Victoria's Secret
NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- A woman was arrested after stealing more than $400 worth of merchandise from a Victoria's Secret store at Northwoods Mall on Thursday night, said officials with the North Charleston Police Department.
According to an incident report, Tenisha Gibbs, 26, of North Charleston, stole 11 bottles of various fragrances from the store that were each worth between $39 and $45.
According to the report, the total value of the stolen merchandise is $444.Officials said detectives found Gibbs at her home on Pinewalk Court and when she opened the door, they noticed several bags of Victoria's Secret merchandise.Detectives took Gibbs into custody on an outstanding warrant, officials said. After executing a search warrant, detectives found stolen items from six Tanger Outlet stores and two other stores at Northwoods Mall, officials said.Gibbs was charged with three counts of trespassing after notice and one count of property crime enhancement.Her bond was set at $10,940.She is being held in the Al Cannon Detention Center.
