Sales Coordinator

      POSITION SUMMARY: Assists Local Sales Managers to maximize sales efforts and provide efficient service on the national desk. Work with national rep firms and directly with agencies to process orders, revisions, makegoods, and confirmations in a timely and professional manner.

      JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Degree preferred. Two years of broadcast sales assistant or traffic experience desired. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required. Excellent computer skills and the ability to operate and learn various industry computer software programs. Prior experience with OSI helpful. and Must be able to work quickly and accurately with names, numbers, codes and symbols. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, independent thinking and the ability to work under tight deadlines are required.
