Second ABCNews4 tweet-up to focus on health, fitness

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) --{}ABCNews4 wants to help you keep your New Years resolution to live a healthier lifestyle with our second-ever tweet-up.

Join us Tuesday, Jan. 22 at 5:30 p.m. at Talison Row Apartment Homes located on Daniel Island at the end of Seven Farms Drive past Bishop England. The event will be in the lobby area of the apartment complex.

There will be a free boot camp session at 7 p.m. Bring your friends. Everyone is invited to do the boot camp with ABCNews4.

So far, confirmed guests include Chrissy Fleming, the manager of the cardio wellness program at the Wellness Center at Roper St. Francis. Nutritionist Alexis Ratowsky. Representatives from the Medical University South Carolina, Louis Yuhasz from Louie's Kids, representatives from Weight Watchers, Cooper River Bridge Run representatives to discuss training programs for the bridge run, Brian Gainey, a man who lost a lot of weight through diet and exercise, and former Miss South Carolina Bree Boyce.

Kendall Boyle will host the training session. She and her husband run Charleston Fat Blasting Boot Camp at five locations across the Lowcountry.
