Weather causes rescheduling of several weekend events

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- Several events throughout the Lowcountry have been rescheduled or canceled due to reports of inclement weather.

Severe weather expected for Saturday afternoon with damaging winds and the possibility of isolated tornados.

The following events have been rescheduled/canceled:

Bunnies & Bluegrass Festival: Due to the inclement weather, the Bunnies and Bluegrass Festival at Irvin~House Vineyards will be postponed until Saturday, April 23.

North Charleston Earth Day Festival: Rescheduled for Saturday, April 30 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Park Circle in North Charleston.

Goose Creek "Symphony Under the Stars": The concert is rescheduled for Saturday, April 23, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. on the grounds of the Marguerite H. Brown Municipal Center. This FREE concert will feature the Summerville Community Orchestra with Music Director Alexander Agrest. The concert will conclude with a dazzling fireworks display sponsored by Goose Creek Heating and Air.

Folly Sea and Sand Festival: Saturday's events have been rescheduled for Saturday April 30. Sunday's events will continue as planned
