The four-day pigeon shoot is scheduled to start Feb. 9th at Broxton Bridge Plantation in Ehrhardt. The animal protection group will be using remote controlled aircraft to shoot video of the hunters shooting at pigeons. They plan to attend the event for all four days."Pigeon shoots are incredibly cruel, violent and vile," states Steve Hindi, President of SHARK. "It is our intention to expose the Broxton Bridge shoot, and all those who participate in it. Our Angel aircraft will enable us to capture the complete and utter depravity that happens."The group has reached out to South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley and asked her to stop the shoot, but she has not responded."Her silence speaks volumes," states Hindi. "Cruelty such as this only happens when those with power choose to pander to the forces of violence and abuse."
