      Suspect in Dogwood Park murder is in custody

      GOOSE CREEK, S.C. (WCIV) -- A man wanted in the shooting death of 40-year-old William Kuhn was found by authorities on the West Coast.

      Goose Creek Police officials said they were told Wednesday night that U.S. Marshals Service took{} Stephon Johnson into custody in Lancaster, Calif.

      Johnson, 24, is wanted by GCPD for the shooting death of William Kuhn.{}

      Kuhn's body was found by two teens in Dogwood Park on September 18. An autopsy revealed his cause of death was a single gunshot wound to the head.

      Officials said Johnson is in the custody of authorities in Los Angeles County, California, pending extradition.
