Third arrest made in double shooting on Rebecca Street

      NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- North Charleston police have made a third arrest in the double shooting that happened Sunday on Rebecca Street.

      On Wednesday evening, NCPD Officers arrested Henry Lavester Mulligan of Winchester Dr. in North Charleston.

      Mulligan is charged with murder, armed robbery, attempted murder and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.{}

      According to NCPD spokesperson, Spencer Pryor, shortly before 3 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to 2253 Rebecca Street where two male victims were found suffering from gun shot wounds.

      Both victims were transported to MUSC. According to the Charleston County Coroner's Office, Anthony Watley III, 23, was pronounced dead from his injuries at MUSC.

      Pryor says the second victim, 24-year-old DeAngelo Antwan Scott (also known as 'Boobie'), was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

      Thomas Lamont Ancrum, 23, and Jamal Smalls, 24, were arrested earlier this week. Both have been charged with murder, attempted murder and armed robbery.

      Jessica Frasier of 7649 Winchester St (where Mulligan was located) was also arrested and charged by the Charleston County Sheriff's Office for hindering a police investigation.{} She was charged by CCSO because Winchester St. is located in Charleston County.
