Third man charged in triple homicide
NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- A third man was arrested and charged on Monday in connection with a triple homicide, said North Charleston police.
Derryl Gadson, 49, was charged with second-degree assault and battery by mob.
Two other men are already facing charges for the June 29 shooting. Ronald Reid, 43, was charged with murder, and Barry Stinson, 32, was charged with lynching by mob.
The shooting took place outside of the Cycle Gear Store at 4400 Dorchester Road after an altercation inside the store, officials said.
The Charleston County Coroner said Maurice Horry, 41, of Columbia, was pronounced dead at the scene from a gunshot wound. Theodore Waymyers Jr., 36, of Summerville, and Carlos Davis, 39, of Columbia, were both pronounced dead at the hospital from gunshot wounds.
Gadson was given a $500,000 bond Tuesday.
