Three charged in disappearance, murder of Orangeburg teen
CALHOUN COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) -- Three people have been arrested and charged in connection with the disappearance and murder of an Orangeburg teenager, said Calhoun County Sheriff Thomas Summers.
Orangeburg County Sheriff Leroy Ravenell said Kymmara Randolph, 17, was last seen by her roommate on Feb. 13.
Bryan McKnight, 28, of St. Matthews, has been charged with murder and obstructing justice. Jerry McKnight, 45, of St. Matthews is charged with murder. Jonathan McKnight, 20, of St. Matthews has been charged with accessory after the fact of murder.
In an initial release from Orangeburg County, deputies said they believed Randolph left her Eastwood Circle home with Bryan McKnight around 8 p.m. the night she went missing.
"We have worked around the clock for several daysinvestigating this crime and locating the individuals responsible for KymmaraRandolph's death", said Summers. "When we developed credibleinformation that Ms. Randolph was killed last week in our county, we have been searching tirelessly for her body and willcontinue to do so."
