Man rescued from sinking boat in Charleston Harbor

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- A man was rescued from a sinking vessel in Charleston Harbor this morning.{}

According to the U.S. Coast Guard, the man was transported from his sinking boat by a North Charleston Fire boat to the city marina where he was checked and released by EMS.

Sea tow is currently towing the boat, but officials did not know where the boat would be taken. The boat started its journey at Charleston marina.
