Weather causes cancellation and delays for 4th festivities
CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- Inclement weather and even the Atlantic Ocean are having an effect on Fourth of July festivity plans.
Folly Beach officials are going on with the show, but not as planned. They've delayed their launch until 10:30 p.m. because of the high tide.
