Shrimp and grits corndogs and new beer shakes: The Joe debuts 25 new menu options for 2016

The kickoff to baseball season in a food-driven town like Charleston means a day devoted to debuting the new menu at Joe Riley Park.

For the 2016 season, the mad scientists running the kitchen at The Joe decided on a 25-item addition to the park's already wide array of food options. From the shrimp and grits corndog to a new selection of grilled cheese sandwiches to a sandwich made of burnt ends, ABC News 4 photojournalist Jason Tighe went on a culinary adventure at the home of the Riverdogs.
