Walmart plans for Black Friday sales

Walmart is getting ready for the big Black Friday Sale.

Black Friday is a day where shoppers can partake in various savings on items like clothing, electronics, and home appliances.

Walmart leaders say buyers will be able to get a head start on holiday discounts in stores and online.

The retail giant will open it's doors at 6:00 p.m. Thanksgiving Day for "doorbuster" deals.

Sale prices for online shoppers will start much earlier at 12:01 a.m. Thanksgiving morning.

Store employees will be handing out color-coded maps to help keep shoppers on the right track.

Workers say shoppers should arrive early if they want to catch the deals.
