2 arrested after meth bust in Berkeley County
Two people are facing drug charges after a what the Berkeley County Sheriff's Office described as "enforcement activities" that happened in the Summerville area of the County on Monday.
The operation was conducted by the Berkeley County Drug Enforcement Unit and resulted in the arrest of 55-year-old Harry Lee Harrelson of Summerville and 35-year-old Kesha Harlow of Walterboro.
Harrelson was charged with trafficking methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute schedule IV drugs and possession of schedule III drugs. Officials say 95 grams of of meth, 30 tablets of Alprazolam and five tablets of Buprenorphine Hydrocholoride were found in Harrelson's possession.
Officials say Kesha Harlow was charged with possession of methamphetamine after .6 grams of meth was found in her purse.
